- Because our clarity calls are complimentary, we kindly ask that you only schedule if you are sincerely interested in our services.
- At Graceful Living Functional Medicine, we cannot act as your primary care provider (PCP). We do not provide urgent or emergent care and recommend that patients have a PCP when they work with us.
- Our clinic does not bill insurance but accepts HSA and FSA cards.
- Our provider is a licensed nurse practitioner (NP) in Colorado. Therefore, we may prescribe some medications but do not prescribe narcotics or refill prescriptions managed by other providers.
- Due to regulations, we can only accept patients from within Colorado.
- We do not treat active cancer, traumatic brain injury, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or dementia. These conditions require highly specialized treatment. We may add a support layer if you have a team managing these conditions.
- You understand that scheduling a call does NOT establish a formal doctor-patient or provider-client relationship between myself and Graceful Living Functional Medicine.
- You are aware that Graceful Living does not bill insurance for services.
